Umbrella Trial of Neoadjuvant Therapy for Locally Advanced Colorectal Cancer is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07503639 by Fudan University, with a registry enrolment figure of 134 participants, started 2026-04 and due to reach its primary completion in 2028-04.
