Tissue factor expression
Tissue factor, the clotting trigger, is overexpressed on cervical and several other cancers. Tisotumab vedotin is labelled for cervical cancer without a tissue factor test.
Overview
Tisotumab vedotin (Tivdak) is a tissue factor-directed ADC labelled for recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer after chemotherapy (innovaTV 301); the label names tissue factor only as the target and no expression threshold was used in the trials. Its ocular toxicity mirrors mirvetuximab's and requires the same eye care.
