Captor Therapeutics is a targeted protein degradation company based in Wroclaw, Poland and Basel, Switzerland, and calls itself the first European public company fully dedicated to the technology. Its Optigrade platform combines protein engineering, structural biology, molecular modelling and CRISPR/Cas9 target validation to select target-ligase pairs. The lead oncology programme is a molecular glue prodrug that degrades GSPT1, NEK7 and SALL4 with liver and lung tissue specificity, efficacy in hepatocellular carcinoma xenografts and synergy with everolimus, directed at hepatocellular carcinoma, lung cancer and neuroendocrine tumours; GSPT1 degradation data in high-risk neuroblastoma models were reported in February 2026. A brain-penetrant NEK7 degrader targets neuroinflammation. Captor listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 19 April 2021 (WSE ticker CAPTORTX).
