Duboce Biopharmaceuticals is developing DBC-664, an antibody that links the immune system's T cells to cancer cells carrying the proteins ALPP or ALPPL2, which are common in ovarian and endometrial cancers. It is in a first human trial.
Duboce Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. is a single-asset portfolio company of TCG Labs Soleil, the South San Francisco venture-biotech organisation formed with The Column Group. Its candidate DBC-664 is an ALPP/ALPPL2 x CD3 T-cell engager directed at antigens highly expressed, most homogeneously, in ovarian and endometrial cancers. A first-in-human, open-label, multicentre phase 1a/1b study (NCT07705035) in adults with relapsed or refractory, unresectable locally advanced or metastatic solid tumours associated with ALPP or ALPPL2 expression, including germ cell tumours, lung, gastric and oesophageal, urothelial, endometrial and ovarian adenocarcinomas, began recruiting in 2026. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT07705035, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in July 2026.
