Juri Biosciences develops JUR-003, an antibody that directs the immune system's T cells to prostate cancer cells carrying a protein called KLK2. It is being tested for the first time in people with metastatic prostate cancer.
Juri Biosciences, Inc. is a single-asset portfolio company formed by TCG Labs Soleil, the venture-biotech organisation run in collaboration with The Column Group. In May 2025 Juri took an exclusive worldwide licence from EpimAb Biotherapeutics to a KLK2 x CD3 T-cell engager for metastatic prostate cancer, with EpimAb eligible for up to $210 million in upfront and milestone payments plus royalties. JUR-003, the lead of Juri's KLK2-directed T-cell engagers, is a bispecific antibody designed for subcutaneous dosing. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT07824349, a phase 1a/1b dose-escalation and expansion study of intravenous JUR-003 in metastatic castration-resistant, hormone-sensitive and oligometastatic prostate cancer, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in September 2026.
