Overview
Gamgee began when its founder used AI and genomic analysis to design what is believed to be the first fully computationally designed mRNA cancer vaccine given to a dog, with scientists at UNSW; several tumours shrank. The company now runs an end-to-end platform for personalised neoantigen mRNA vaccines in dogs, from veterinary intake and tissue collection through sequencing, vaccine manufacture, treatment and response monitoring, with clinical trials in Australia. It is a veterinary business included for its comparative oncology value; human applications are not claimed.
