TareBio
TareBio reads the immune cells already fighting a cancer in a patient's body and works backwards to design a vaccine that makes more of them, in weeks rather than years.
Overview
TareBio's platform designs personalised or population-level vaccines by reading out the immune imprint, the T and B cells already engaged against a disease in the body, and reverse-engineering antigens that activate them, rather than predicting antigens from tumour sequencing alone. The company reports having run the platform end to end and produced a vaccine that cleared tumours in mice. It is a one-person Summer 2026 YC company; the work is preclinical.
