Incyte makes pemigatinib, the first targeted drug approved for bile duct cancer (2020), and the JAK inhibitor ruxolitinib.
Pemigatinib (Pemazyre) approved for FGFR2-fusion cholangiocarcinoma on FIGHT-202; the first-line FIGHT-302 trial versus gemcitabine-cisplatin was discontinued. Also tafasitamab (with MorphoSys), retifanlimab and the failed IDO1 inhibitor epacadostat.
