Indapta Therapeutics
Indapta makes an off-the-shelf natural killer cell therapy from a naturally occurring, especially potent subset of donor immune cells (g-NK cells). It is testing the therapy with antibody drugs in myeloma and lymphoma, and in multiple sclerosis.
Overview
Indapta Therapeutics is developing IDP-023, a proprietary, off-the-shelf allogeneic FcR gamma-deficient natural killer (g-NK) cell therapy for cancer and autoimmune disease. According to release titles on the company site, the first patients were treated with IDP-023 in January 2024, the FDA granted Fast Track designation for non-Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma in February 2024, the company received a $4.5 million CPRIT award in May 2024, an IND for progressive multiple sclerosis was cleared in August 2024, a clinical study collaboration with Sanofi in multiple myeloma was announced in December 2024, and clinical activity in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma was presented in November 2025. SEC Form D filings list the company in Houston, Texas, with about $33.6 million of equity sold in early 2022 and about $50.8 million sold in an offering that began in September 2025.
