Nanolattix develops antibody-drug conjugates, which carry a cancer drug to tumour cells, and radioactive versions for scanning and treatment. Its lead medicine, T320, targets tissue factor, a protein found on many solid tumours, and is in early trials in China.
Nanolattix, the English name of Shanxi Naan Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (纳安生物), is based in the Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone in Taiyuan, China, and was established in 2016 by Zhican Qu, according to the company. The group also runs a separate health business making plant extracts, cosmetics and related consumer products. Its BioLattix platform supports more than ten ADC and radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) programmes using monoclonal, bispecific and nanobody antibodies. The lead product, T320-ADC, an anti-tissue factor antibody-drug conjugate aimed at cervical, ovarian, non-small cell lung and other solid tumours, has IND clearance from China's NMPA, the US FDA and Australia's TGA and FDA orphan drug designation for pancreatic cancer, according to the company, and is in trials with the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and other centres. The company also runs an early study of RT01-89Zr, a zirconium-89 PET imaging agent, in solid tumours (NCT07505069). Its first registered cancer trial, NCT07434609, a phase 1 study of T320 in advanced solid tumours, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in February 2026.
