Neowise Biotechnology is a Suzhou company making TCR-T cell therapies, a patient's own T cells given a receptor that recognises a marker inside cancer cells, for solid tumours. Its first product targets PRAME and a second targets a KRAS mutation.
Neowise Biotechnology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was registered in Suzhou in September 2020, according to the company, by returnee scientists and develops TCR-T cell therapies for solid tumours. It has built a target and TCR discovery and validation platform and a database of target-TCR pairs (more than 7,000 by 2023, by its own count), holds patents on TCRs recognising PRAME and KRAS mutations, and operates a 3,500 square metre GMP pilot facility. Its company timeline lists an angel round of tens of millions of yuan in 2020, a Series A of nearly CNY 100 million in 2021 and a Series A+ of nearly CNY 200 million in 2023. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT07266298, a phase 1 dose-escalation study of NW-101C, PRAME-targeted TCR-T cells, in advanced solid tumours in Beijing, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in December 2025; a second product, NW-301V, TCR-T cells for solid tumours with the KRAS G12V mutation, entered the registry in October 2026 (NCT07875920), listing pancreatic, colorectal and lung adenocarcinoma.
