PAQ Therapeutics makes medicines that get the cell to destroy the faulty KRAS protein that drives many bowel, pancreatic and lung cancers, rather than simply blocking it.
PAQ Therapeutics, Inc., based in Burlington, Massachusetts, develops targeted protein degraders against KRAS. PT0253 is in a phase 1 trial, alone and with chemotherapy, in advanced solid tumours with the KRAS G12D mutation (NCT06797336). PT0511, which the company describes as a pan-KRAS degrader, entered a phase 1 trial in KRAS-mutated or amplified solid tumours, with the first patient dosed by January 2026 (NCT07300150). The company announced a USD 39 million Series B in May 2025 and an extension in January 2026 bringing total Series B financing to USD 77 million. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT06797336, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in January 2025.
