Treeline Biosciences is a privately held, Watertown, Massachusetts biopharmaceutical company founded in 2021 that combines in-house inhibitor, protein degrader and antibody-drug conjugate capabilities with computational and machine-learning models. Its clinical programmes are TLN-121, a BCL6 degrader in phase 1 for B-cell and T-cell lymphomas; TLN-254, an EZH2 inhibitor (zeprumetostat, SHR2554) in-licensed from Jiangsu Hengrui for territories outside Greater China and in phase 1 in peripheral and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma; and TLN-372, a pan-KRAS inhibitor in phase 1 in solid tumours. Preclinical work extends to immunology and neurology. SEC Form D filings show more than 1 billion US dollars sold across private offerings between 2021 and 2025.
