Prelude Therapeutics is a Wilmington, Delaware clinical-stage precision oncology company. Its pipeline page lists PR-01, a JAK2 V617F mutant-selective JH2 inhibitor in a phase 1 trial enrolling patients with V617F-positive myeloproliferative neoplasms (myelofibrosis, polycythaemia vera, essential thrombocythaemia); highly selective KAT6A degraders for ER-positive breast cancer, with phase 1 initiation anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2026; a mutant CALR-directed degrader antibody conjugate (DAC) for CALR-mutated MPNs; and degrader payloads for DACs offered for partnership.
