Serinus Biosciences
Serinus uses an explainable AI model of cancer cell biology to work out how tumours evade a drug, and to design combinations that block the escape routes.
Overview
Serinus Biosciences builds a systems-biology-primed, explainable AI platform that infers how cancer cells evolve resistance to treatment and proposes drug combinations to override the escape routes, with the aim of designing safer and more effective combination regimens that can reach patients quickly using existing molecules. Founded by MIT PhDs with advisers from the Broad Institute, Dana-Farber and UC San Diego. Work is computational and preclinical; no sourced financing rounds are recorded.
