T-MAXIMUM Pharmaceutical develops ready-made CAR-T cell therapies from healthy donors for solid tumours. Its lead, MT027, targets B7-H3 and is given into the fluid around the brain in trials for recurrent glioblastoma and brain metastases.
T-MAXIMUM Pharmaceutical is a clinical-stage cell therapy company developing allogeneic CAR-T products for locoregionally accessible solid tumours, with research bases listed in Ningbo, Suzhou, Chongqing, Yantai, Hong Kong and the United States. Its lead, MT027, is an off-the-shelf, donor-derived CAR-T therapy targeting B7-H3; the company announced FDA IND clearance in December 2025 to proceed to a phase 2 trial in recurrent glioblastoma. Its registered phase 2 trials give MT027 by intracerebroventricular injection: GLIOMAX in recurrent glioma (NCT07386002) and METAMAX in brain metastases from advanced solid tumours (NCT07897799). Other pipeline programmes are MT029 (EGFR) and MT026 and MT028 (IL-13R alpha 2 and HER2) in solid tumours. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT07386002, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in February 2026.
