Taiho Oncology makes Inqovi, the oral decitabine-cedazuridine that in May 2026 became the first all-oral hypomethylating backbone for venetoclax in AML.
Inqovi (decitabine + cedazuridine, a cytidine deaminase inhibitor that makes oral decitabine bioavailable) approved in MDS/CMML in 2020 and, on 13 May 2026, with venetoclax for newly diagnosed AML in adults unfit for intensive induction (ASCERTAIN-V, CR 41.6%). Also Lonsurf and futibatinib.
