Zelluna is a Norwegian company that gives natural killer cells, a type of immune cell, a T-cell receptor so they can recognise a marker found inside many solid tumours. Its first product, ZI-MA4-1, is in an early trial.
Zelluna Immunotherapy AS was established in 2016 and is headquartered at the Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park in Oslo, according to the company; in March 2025 it combined its business with Ultimovacs ASA to form Zelluna, a public company listed on Euronext Oslo Bors under the ticker ZLNA. It develops TCR-NK cell therapies, natural killer cells engineered to express a T-cell receptor, for solid cancers. The lead programme ZI-MA4-1 targets MAGE-A4 presented on HLA-A*02:01. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT07613723 (ZIMA-101), a phase 1 dose-escalation study of ZI-MA4-1 after cyclophosphamide and fludarabine in HLA-A*02:01-positive patients with MAGE-A4-expressing solid tumours, including ovarian cancer, squamous non-small cell lung cancer, synovial sarcoma and head and neck cancer, at sites in London and Manchester, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in May 2026.
