ALA-101 (CAR19-iNKT) is an allogeneic CAR-iNKT cell therapy from Arovella Therapeutics. Off-the-shelf invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cells carrying a chimeric antigen receptor against CD19; the company says lymphomas that also express CD1d bound to a glycolipid can be recognised by the iNKT cells' own receptor, making them dual targeting. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for CD19-positive B-cell lymphoma, CD19-positive leukaemia and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1 NCT07518329 recruiting; registry start date 19 October 2026. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
