BAT8008 is an experimental antibody-drug conjugate being studied in people with advanced cancer. Its benefit and safety are still being evaluated.
ASCO 2025 abstract 3024 reports 170 enrolled patients at the January 15, 2025 cutoff, including 147 at the selected 2.4 mg/kg dose. Among efficacy-evaluable patients at that dose, cervical cancer ORR was 36.4% (22 patients) and esophageal cancer ORR 23.1% (13 patients). Two of six patients at 2.7 mg/kg had dose-limiting toxicity. Stomatitis and cytopenias included grade 3 or higher events. These selected nonrandomized cohorts do not establish breast-cancer efficacy.
