DMR-001 is an experimental monoclonal antibody from Damora Therapeutics, in phase 1 trials for CALR-mutant essential thrombocythaemia and CALR-mutant myelofibrosis.
DMR-001 is a monoclonal antibody (subcutaneous, half-life extended) from Damora Therapeutics. An antibody designed to bind only mutant calreticulin (mutCALR), the driver of some myeloproliferative neoplasms, with half-life extension intended to allow infrequent subcutaneous dosing. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for CALR-mutant essential thrombocythaemia and CALR-mutant myelofibrosis. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Global phase 1/1b CLARITY-101 started mid-2026 (NCT07849231, recruiting). Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
