Clovis (bankrupt 2022) then Novartis via 3B Pharmaceuticals. 177Lu-FAP-2286 LuMIERE phase 1/2 in solid tumours; cyclic peptide gives longer tumour retention than FAPI small molecules. Pancreatic, sarcoma, and breast cohorts.
