KSQ-001EX is an autologous CRISPR/Cas9-engineered tumour-infiltrating lymphocyte (eTIL) therapy from KSQ Therapeutics. Tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes with the SOCS1 gene switched off by CRISPR/Cas9, which the company says improves their anti-tumour activity, engraftment and persistence. Its phase 1/2 study (NCT06237881) is active but not recruiting; the company presented first-in-human phase 1 results at AACR in April 2026. Whether it works in people has not been established.
