Aalborg University Hospital is the largest hospital in the North Denmark Region and the region's centre for specialised cancer treatment, working with Aalborg University on clinical research. It is listed by the Organisation of European Cancer Institutes as a full member and takes part in the Danish Comprehensive Cancer Center, which links all Danish hospitals that treat cancer.
