A UK bladder cancer charity founded and run by survivors and their families, offering a forum, support groups and information, and backing research.
Fight Bladder Cancer grew from a local support group set up in 2010 by a man diagnosed with stage 4 bladder cancer in June 2009, after more than 18 months of symptoms first put down to an enlarged prostate, and his wife. Finding no dedicated bladder cancer patient charity in the UK, they built one; it is run by bladder cancer survivors and their families. It offers a confidential online forum and support groups, information for people just diagnosed, raises awareness, supports medical research and campaigns on policy. The Charity Commission register records latest income of about £0.6 million for the year ending 31 March 2025.
