Overview
Domenica Lorusso was principal investigator of KEYNOTE-A18, the ENGOT trial showing pembrolizumab with chemoradiotherapy improves progression-free and overall survival in high-risk locally advanced cervical cancer, the first systemic addition to chemoradiation to do so in two decades. She has led the MITO group's ovarian and endometrial trials and co-led studies of trastuzumab deruxtecan in gynaecological cancers.
