Overview
Ramez Eskander was principal investigator of NRG-GY018 (KEYNOTE-868), which showed adding pembrolizumab to carboplatin-paclitaxel improves progression-free survival in advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer in both mismatch repair-deficient and proficient populations, published alongside RUBY to establish chemo-immunotherapy as first-line standard. He leads gynaecologic oncology trials at UC San Diego and within NRG Oncology.
