Overview
Vicky Makker is a gynaecologic medical oncologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She led the phase 2 study and was first author of the 2022 New England Journal of Medicine report of KEYNOTE-775, the phase 3 trial in which lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab improved progression-free and overall survival compared with chemotherapy in advanced endometrial cancer after platinum-based therapy, including mismatch repair-proficient tumours.
