Mansoor Raza Mirza
Led NOVA and RUBY, the trials that established niraparib maintenance in ovarian cancer and dostarlimab in advanced endometrial cancer.
Overview
Mansoor Raza Mirza was principal investigator of NOVA, the first trial showing PARP inhibitor maintenance (niraparib) benefits recurrent ovarian cancer regardless of BRCA status, and of RUBY, which showed dostarlimab plus chemotherapy improves survival in primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer, most dramatically in mismatch repair-deficient disease. He chairs ENGOT and leads the Nordic Society of Gynaecological Oncology trial unit.
