Led TITAN and MAGNITUDE, bringing apalutamide to hormone-sensitive disease and niraparib to HRR-mutant prostate cancer.
Overview
Kim Chi was principal investigator of TITAN, which established apalutamide with androgen deprivation in metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer, and of MAGNITUDE, which showed niraparib plus abiraterone benefits patients with HRR gene alterations. His group at the Vancouver Prostate Centre pioneered ctDNA profiling of androgen receptor alterations. He also co-led the CCTG PR.20 and PR.17 studies.
