Overview
Andrew Armstrong was principal investigator of ARCHES, the trial showing enzalutamide plus androgen deprivation improves radiographic progression-free and overall survival in metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer, and led the PROPHECY study validating AR-V7 in circulating tumour cells as a marker of resistance to AR inhibitors. He directs prostate cancer research at Duke.
