Huang Guo (黄果) is Commissioner of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), the Chinese regulator for drugs, medical devices and cosmetics, and the parent body of the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE), which conducts technical review of new drug applications. The NMPA's English leadership page lists him as NMPA Commissioner, Secretary of the NMPA Leading Party Members' Group and a member of the Leading Party Members' Group of the State Administration for Market Regulation, alongside Deputy Commissioners Lei Ping, Yang Sheng and Wang Weidong. The Chinese Wikipedia article on the NMPA dates his appointment as Commissioner to April 2026. The CDE's own website did not return readable leadership information for this record.
