Overview
Manish Shah leads gastrointestinal oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York. He was first author of the 2023 Nature Medicine report of GLOW, in which zolbetuximab plus CAPOX lengthened progression-free and overall survival in claudin 18.2-positive, HER2-negative advanced gastric or gastro-oesophageal junction adenocarcinoma. His research covers the molecular classification of gastric cancer and its differences between Asian and Western patients.
