Martin Dreyling
Chairs the European MCL Network and led TRIANGLE, which showed ibrutinib can replace transplant in younger mantle cell lymphoma patients.
Overview
Martin Dreyling leads the European Mantle Cell Lymphoma Network, whose MCL Younger and Elderly trials established cytarabine-based induction with autologous transplant and rituximab maintenance, and was principal investigator of TRIANGLE, which showed adding ibrutinib to first-line therapy improves outcomes and that transplant adds nothing once ibrutinib is given, a shift toward chemotherapy-light care. He chairs ESMO lymphoma guideline work.
