Led the ibrutinib and brexucabtagene autoleucel trials that transformed mantle cell lymphoma treatment.
Overview
Michael Wang was principal investigator of the pivotal trial of ibrutinib in relapsed mantle cell lymphoma, the first BTK inhibitor approval in the disease, and of ZUMA-2, which established brexucabtagene autoleucel CAR-T therapy for relapsed MCL.
