Overview
Paul Nathan (Mount Vernon Cancer Centre) was principal investigator of IMCgp100-202, the randomised trial showing the gp100-directed bispecific T-cell engager tebentafusp improves overall survival in HLA-A*02:01-positive metastatic uveal melanoma, the first drug to do so and the first approved TCR-based therapy. He has led UK melanoma and renal trials and chairs national melanoma guideline groups.
