Carcinoembryonic antigen is overexpressed in colorectal, gastric, lung adenocarcinoma, and pancreatic cancers. Tusamitamab ravtansine failed in phase 3 NSCLC (CARMEN-LC03); CEACAM5 remains pursued with T-cell engagers and next-generation ADCs.
