ONCO-RADS is a standard protocol and five-category report for whole-body MRI used to screen people at high inherited risk of cancer, such as those with Li-Fraumeni syndrome.
The Oncologically Relevant Findings Reporting and Data System (Petralia and colleagues, Radiology 2021) was written by an international panel of radiologists and a geneticist for whole-body MRI cancer screening in people at higher risk, including those with cancer predisposition syndromes. It sets technical acquisition standards, interpretation criteria and limits, and uses structured reporting with five assessment categories for findings.
