PSA50 / PSA90 response
PSA50 is the share of patients whose PSA falls by at least half on treatment, and PSA90 the share whose PSA falls by 90%.
Standard early-efficacy read-out in mCRPC trials (VISION PSA50 46%; TheraP 66% vs 37%). Correlates with but does not replace rPFS/OS; PSA90 futility ended masofaniten's phase 2.
