PRODIGE 90 - (FFCD 2204) Neoadjuvant Dostarlimab with Short Course Radiotherapy in a Watch-and-wait Strategy for Microsatellite Unstable or Mismatch Repair-deficient Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer Patients is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT06762405 by Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Dijon, with a registry enrolment figure of 68 participants, started 2025-02-06 and due to reach its primary completion in 2030-09.
