FORCE: Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered

FORCE is the largest US organisation for people affected by hereditary cancer. Its peer navigation programme matches people with a trained volunteer who has faced the same gene change and decisions; its helpline and expert-reviewed pages explain testing, surveillance, risk-reducing surgery and trials in plain language; and it runs support groups and an annual conference. Services are free and open to anyone, and its content is used internationally.
