Founded by a young testicular cancer survivor, Imerman Angels matches patients, survivors, previvors and carers with a trained volunteer who has faced the same diagnosis, matching on cancer type, age and situation. Matches are made anywhere in the world and the service is free. Peer support of this kind is one of the interventions people with cancer rate most highly.
