Endo (now Keenova Therapeutics and Par Health)
Endo was a specialty and generics pharmaceutical company, one of the busiest industry sponsors of phase 3 cancer trials on ClinicalTrials.gov; after merging with Mallinckrodt it became Keenova Therapeutics, with its generics arm spun off as Par Health.
Overview
Endo International plc, an Irish-registered pharmaceutical company formed from Endo Pharmaceuticals in 1997, marketed specialty medicines and, through Par Pharmaceutical, generics and sterile injectables, including cancer supportive-care and chemotherapy products. Its own site records that Mallinckrodt and Endo merged, that the combined company spun off the generics and sterile injectables business as Par Health, and that the specialty company was renamed Keenova Therapeutics in November 2025. ClinicalTrials.gov lists Endo USA and Par Pharmaceutical as lead sponsors of phase 3 cancer trials.
