Overview
SecuraBio, a privately held company based in Las Vegas, acquired worldwide rights to duvelisib (Copiktra) from Verastem Oncology in 2020. Duvelisib, an oral inhibitor of PI3K-delta and PI3K-gamma, is approved in the United States for relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and small lymphocytic lymphoma after two prior therapies; its follicular lymphoma indication was withdrawn in 2021, and the FDA added a boxed warning in 2022 after a survival analysis of the DUO trial. It appears on OnCo as a lead sponsor of phase 3 cancer trials on ClinicalTrials.gov.
