TICAROS is a Korean company making CAR-T cell therapy, in which a patient's own immune cells are engineered to recognise and kill cancer cells. Its first product, TC011, targets CD19 and is being tested in B-cell lymphomas that have come back or stopped responding.
TICAROS Co., Ltd., based in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, develops gene-modified T cell therapies. Its CLIP-CAR (Clamping-based Immunological Synapse Potentiating CAR) platform is designed to improve CAR-T efficacy, and it also lists a Converter CAR platform. TC011, an autologous anti-CD19 CAR-T, is in a multicentre phase 1/2 study in relapsed or refractory large B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NCT07473167, registered in March 2026 with a recorded start in August 2023) and a phase 2 study in relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (NCT07360288). The company reports receiving dual A ratings in the technology assessment for a KOSDAQ listing. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT07360288, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in January 2026.
