VolitionRx
VolitionRx develops low-cost blood tests that measure nucleosomes, the packaging units of DNA released by dying cells, to detect and monitor cancer and sepsis.
Overview
VolitionRx Limited, listed on NYSE American as VNRX, is an epigenetics diagnostics company with a 20,000 square foot laboratory and manufacturing site in Gembloux (Isnes), Belgium and executive offices in the United States. Its Nucleosomics platform quantifies circulating nucleosomes and their epigenetic modifications in a routine blood sample using immunoassays that run on standard clinical analysers. Products include Nu.Q NETs, a CE-marked assay for NETosis in sepsis being commercialised with Sysmex; Nu.Q Vet Cancer Test, a canine screening test reported to detect 76 percent of systemic cancers at 97 percent specificity; Nu.Q Discover research assays; and the Nu.Q Cancer pipeline, including a Nu.Q Lung Cancer test being prepared for reimbursement submission with Hospices Civils de Lyon.
Notes
top- The Q2 2026 release dateline is Henderson, Nevada, not Austin, Texas; the website describes Gembloux, Belgium as the primary operating site. Human cancer tests remain in development; only the veterinary and NETs assays are commercial.
