Autologous CD8+ and CD4+ T cells that express a CAR against IL-1RAP, with CD28 and 4-1BB co-stimulatory domains, given after fludarabine and cyclophosphamide lymphodepletion. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukaemia. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Registry (read 3 Nov 2026): phase 1/2 NCT06281847 NOT_YET_RECRUITING, estimated start December 2025, so the trial is registered but not shown as dosing. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
