CLSP-1025 is an experimental bispecific T cell engager from Clasp Therapeutics, in phase 1 trials for advanced solid tumours with the TP53 R175H mutation.
CLSP-1025 is a bispecific T cell engager (half-life extended) from Clasp Therapeutics. A bispecific, half-life-extended T cell engager that binds CD3 on T cells and cancer cells presenting the p53 R175H mutant peptide on HLA-A*02:01 and redirects the patient's own T cells to kill them while sparing healthy cells. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for advanced solid tumours with the TP53 R175H mutation (including colorectal, pancreatic, lung, ovarian and breast cancers). ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. GUARDIAN-101 phase 1 NCT06778863 recruiting; patients must be HLA-A*02:01 positive with a p53 R175H mutation. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
