CLSP-5282 is a T cell engager from Clasp Therapeutics. A T cell engager designed to redirect T cells to tumours presenting the KRAS G12V peptide on HLA-A*03:01; the lead of the company's KRAS T cell engager portfolio. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for KRAS G12V-mutant solid tumours in HLA-A*03:01-positive patients (registry lists non-small cell lung, pancreatic and colorectal cancer). ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. SENTINEL-101 phase 1 NCT07650357 registered, NOT YET RECRUITING. The April 2026 release said the IND was expected in 2026. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
