CBA-1535

CBA-1535 (Tb535H) is a trispecific T cell engager (Tribody) from Chiome Bioscience. A trispecific Tribody T-cell engager with binding sites for 5T4, CD3 and 5T4; it recruits the patient's T cells and directs them to attack tumours expressing 5T4. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for advanced solid tumours, malignant mesothelioma, small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1 NCT07016997 recruiting per ClinicalTrials.gov, including a combination part with pembrolizumab. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
